Next workshop · November 2026
Learn to work and build with ChatGPT so you can create your own AI agents, apps and workflows that save time, cut costs and handle the boring work.
4+ yearsbuilding AI systems
I’ve helped solopreneurs and agencies put AI to work.
What you’ll build over four weeks
You’ll learn by building, then checking and improving what you’ve made. These examples show the kinds of work we’ll take on.
Your information → a more useful result
Give ChatGPT the information and examples it needs, so you spend less time fixing what it gives you.
A recurring task → instructions you can reuse
Save how a task should be done. Connect the tools it needs and reuse the steps next time.
An idea → a website and clear visual
Turn your information or idea into a website and visual explanation your team or customers can use.
Gather → summarise → ready to review
A regular task → work ready for your review
Set up a briefing or another task to run on a schedule. Learn how to check it, change it and stop it.
Illustrative examples. You’ll choose tasks and information that fit your own work.
From the actual workshop siteA real example
A workshop website with a signup form, somewhere to keep registrations and a confirmation email. That’s the kind of thing you can learn to build.
We’ll start with what you need people to do, then build it, try it and check that it works.
See how the four weeks fit togetherGet help while you build
With up to ten people, there’s room to ask questions and work through what’s getting you stuck.
Join the waitlistI’ll show you the steps and explain why they matter. Then you’ll try them on your own work.
Bring what didn’t work. We’ll look at it together and figure out what to change.
Learn how to check and improve what you’ve made, so you can keep using it as your work changes.
We’re planning two 90-minute live sessions each week, with practice between them. Dates, times and preparation will be confirmed before registration opens.

Open a week to see what you’ll practise and take away.
You’ll take awayA reusable set of information and instructions for one of your own tasks, so you have something to build on next time.
You’ll take awaySaved instructions for a task you do regularly, tested on different examples so you know what works and what needs changing.
You’ll take awayA simple website and visual explanation people can refer back to, checked for accuracy and ease of use.
You’ll take awayA scheduled task you have tested, with a clear way to check, change and pause it.
You’ll practise checking important facts, protecting private information and deciding which actions need your approval. Your workplace’s rules still apply.

For founders, their teams and anyone who wants to build useful things with ChatGPT.
A few things you might be wondering
No. We’ll work by explaining what we want to ChatGPT, trying it and improving the result. You’ll learn enough to understand what you’ve built and check its work. You don’t need to become a developer.
Founders and their teams are the main audience, but other interested people are welcome. If you want ChatGPT to help with your working day and you’re willing to practise, this is for you. Bring a task you already understand and want to improve.
You’ll build instructions you can reuse, a way to repeat a task without explaining it from scratch, a simple website with a visual explanation, and a task that runs on a schedule. Each one has a practical purpose: less rewriting, less repeated setup, information people can use and regular work ready for you to review. You’ll practise checking and improving what you make.
You’ll check the results against your original task, your examples and the sources you gave ChatGPT. We’ll work through mistakes and missing information, as well as what should stay private and which actions need your approval. You’ll still need to follow your organization’s rules for the tools and information you use.
The first group is planned for November 2026. We’re still finalizing the dates and session times. Join the waitlist and I’ll email you the schedule and registration details when they’re ready.
We’re planning two 90-minute live sessions each week, with time to practise between them. I’ll share the final timetable and what you need to prepare before registration opens.
No. It means you’ll hear from me when the dates and registration are ready. There’s no charge to join, and you can leave the list at any time. Booking a place will be a separate step.
I’ll confirm which account and subscriptions you need before registration opens, so you can factor them in before paying for the workshop. If you’re using a work account, some features may depend on what your organization allows.
